L&rsquo;islamophobie existe au Qu\u00e9bec comme dans le reste du Canada et dans tout autre pays. Nous croyons, en tant que Qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois, que le Qu\u00e9bec est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cela \u00e9tant dit, nous r\u00e9it\u00e9rons notre appui \u00e0 la nomination de Mme Amira ElGhawaby comme Repr\u00e9sentant sp\u00e9cial du Canada pour la lutte contre l&rsquo;islamophobie. L&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et les connaissances de Mme ElGhawaby lui conf\u00e8rent toutes les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour relever avec brio ce tr\u00e8s important d\u00e9fi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nous rejetons \u00e9galement toute tentative, directe ou indirecte, de la d\u00e9mettre de ses fonctions ou de la pousser \u00e0 la d\u00e9mission.
